The Hermitage Photo
The Hermitage is a historic stone house and museum that was visited by Washington during the Revolutionery war. It was the site of the marriage of Aaron Burr and Theodosia Prevost. Its picturesque Gothic Revival design dates to the 1847-48 revolution by architect William H. Ranlett.
